Join Coaches Matt and Joe Haemmerle as we help you prepare for the spring and polishing your skills before winter league games.

Every Thursday Night for eight straight weeks.

All sessions run from 8:30 - 9:30 pm (except week 1, January 6, 2022 - 9:30-10:30pm)

     Stick skills:  passing, catching, shooting and finishing

     Dodging skills:  stick protection, hitches

     Unsettled play and decision-making
