2020 is the Inaugural year of running the Garden State Lacrosse League.  This league is designed to provide opportunity for teams to prepare for its regular season, welcoming multi-sport athletes who are not necessarily club athletes, in a competitive environment.

The goal is to create eight (8), twenty-man rosters from individual high schools.  We will provide opportunities for high schools that cannot fill rosters to fill with free agents.  

Games are Wednesdays with start times:  5:00 & 7:00 and 6:00 & 8:00.

Carded referees and certified trainers will be on-site.

Games recorded and available for purchase by SSPVideo.

There will be an all-star team event with representation from all of the teams involved.

Players will receive league reversibles and champion t-shirts will be awarded to the tournament champion team.
